Easy ways: How to stay looking young

Ages are gradually being increased naturally but following some tips consistently can help you prolong the signs of aging, keeping your skin looking young and healthy as long as possible.
On the other hand, little control and healthier food menu can keep your youth and looking younger all the time. Let’s know some easy way to stay looking young.
  • Try to maintain healthier foods that will help you to hide your age such as tomato, carrot, spinach, yogurt, broccoli, grapes, olive oil, sea food, dark chocolate etc. Choosing the rights foods has a huge impact on you. Fruits, vegetables, lean meats and healthy fats are all are part of a healthy diet that will properly fuel and nourish your skin to look young.
  • Drink adequate water (at least 8 glasses) in a day. Water helps to keep your joints lubricated, rids your bodies of waste and toxins and helps to healthy bowel movements. Melons, soups, fruits and other foods those are high in water content to help supplement fluid intake. It helps you look younger.
  • Honey is great for your skin as it locks in moisture. If you suffer from dry skin, put some honey on your skin, leave on for 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water. You can also combine a spoonful of honey with some freshly-squeezed lemon juice and drink at three times a week at night.
  • Breakfast is the important meal of the day and main source of energy. You can try milk and other dairy products that are especially good for growing bodies and healthy bones. On the other hands, using a blender to blend fruit and milk into a smoothie can give you a quick, easy meal with lots of goodness.
  • Do not stay awake at night for a long time. If you do not sleep at least 8 hours enough, the body produces excess cortisol – a hormone that breaks down skin cells. So try to get enough rest and you’ll produce more HGH (human growth hormone), which helps skin remain thick, more elastic and less likely to wrinkle.
  • You should exercise regularly. Try doing 10 jumping jacks or 20 sit-ups right after waking up. Daily physical activity such as free play, games, sports, transportation (walking, cycling), recreation, and physical education are good for looking younger.
  • Stop smoking. Smoking causes a narrowing of the blood vessels in the skin due to the accumulated nicotine and also reduces the collagen and elastin production in the skin causing it to age and sag prematurely.
  • Avoid alcohol because it is addictive and harmful to your body and spirit. Alcohol can weaken your judgment and self-control. Drinking can also lead to alcoholism, which destroys individuals and families.
  • Protect your skin from sun rays. Always keep sunglass, umbrella and hat with you to avoid sunshine.
  • You should get into the habit to use sunscreen with a good enough SPF before go out every time. Apply it at least 20 to 30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and reapply it few hours later.
  • Spend enough time with your beloved ones. Do not deceive with beloved people. Loving touches release hormones, including oxytocin, that reduce stress and anxiety and be helpful to keep your youth.
